With the privilege of 10 years of experience in planning and designing destination weddings and events. I feel incredibly honored to have been a part of every wedding that I’ve planned and designed, and to have had the opportunity to meet such incredible and kind couples. I’m proud to say that many of my clients have become dear friends of mine, and it brings me so much joy to see them start a new journey and family together.

As an experienced wedding planner, with the opportunity of constant preparation with several national and international certifications of different cultures, I believe that nothing is impossible when it comes to creating the wedding of your dreams. Jane designed & planned the wedding of my dreams! Initially we were very nervous to plan a destination all the way from Chicago, but from the first time I spoke with Jane over FaceTime she made us feel so relaxed and excited for our day. Jane found us the best vendors in Riviera Maya and looked over every single detail. She coordinated 3 days of events for 115 people (a massive undertaking) and our wedding weekend went off without a hitch. Is there a minimum guests number to make a wedding?

No, we don’t, we’ve held events from a “just for two” or as many as you like..

Do you offer accommodation plans for group events?

Yes, we have agreements with the best hotels in the destination for our clients with special concessions and group room rates.

What is your work plan?

Our work plan involves customizing each wedding using our expertise in production and event management. We pay attention to the smallest detail, providing complete advice from the moment you hire our services. We work with local suppliers to guarantee quality and professionalism in every aspect of the wedding. We create a comprehensive agenda of activities from the beginning to the end of the planning process to ensure clarity. On the day of the event our team of professionals will deliver a magical and memorable experience.

What services do you offer?

We offer a range of services including planning, design, styling, coordination and logistics of each stage of the wedding such as: ceremony, cocktail, reception and previous events of the wedding day. We direct the location, banquet, decoration, atmosphere, stationary, wedding props, wedding photography and video, entertainment, audiovisual, lighting, makeup and hairdressing and all the wedding needs.
